The instructions were a joke! Absolutely no help AT ALL! After some searching we found a YouTube video that helped. Look for SlimStrider assemby instructions. Took a little over an hour all together. The machine itself seems ok. I've only used it a few times. Definitely needs a mat under it though as it does make a bit of noise. Doesn't take up too much space. The main reason I bought it is because of the forward/backward AND side to side leg motion, as well as needing a low impact exercise due to a bad knee. Both those things are ok and the price was right. But honestly I don't think I would recommend this product. There's got to be something better even if it's a bit more expensive.Package arrive beat up. Looked like it was repackaged after being returned. Some parts already assembled as if someone started, and then returned. Directions are terrible. Do not recommend unless you have experience. Took 2.5 hours. Once it is together, product is as described. Low rating for packaging and instructions.Disappointed with my selection. You get what you pay for, which I would have paid an extra 50, and bought the one I had originally thought about buying.This first of all was sloppy looking, damaged box, items looked repackaged, was this a return? Is everything intact? I don't know because it didn't come with a manual for it, my boyfriend is putting it together now for me ill update.Update: it took almost 2 hrs with no manual but I am happy with this product, it's not bulky, it works for what I need it and is sturdy 3* for the messy packaging and the lack of instruction manualOMG, when I first unpacked the large parts they went together completely in 30 min. I'm very happy with my purchase. I have Osteoarthritis in both knees and have gained 30 lbs. during covid. After the first use there was NO/NONE/ZERO pain or discomfort to my knees. My thigh muscles have awaken from a long slumber and I'm moving again.
