I'm really glad I picked this up. Its got a sturdy build quality, when tightened, the arm feels secure. The clamp is good quality, and tighten well, but it is smaller than it looked in the pictures. Still, it opens wide enough to clamp onto table edges, hand rails, etc. The only area I'm concerned about is the rubber grip inside the clamp. I have a feeling its going to loosen. Its not hard to replace, and for the price, its a minor issues for me.I liked this being mostly metal. Functions as described. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the knurled end pieces are plastic. Other than that it’s high quality. I use it to hold a light for macro photography.Overall goodGood, locks up with a few turns of central screw, pretty clever.
