I finally figured out how to get the custom 1280x390 resolution to work. These instructions should work for any Nvidia card that uses the Nvidia Windows control panel. The configuration is a little tricky because the monitor tells Windows that its resolution is 1280x720 instead of 1280x390. Using Nvidia Control Panel you need to create the 1280x390 resolution and then STRETCH it to 1280x720.Another reviewer mentioned the rack I have holding the monitor in photo #4. Web search on 4TEKY 3 RU Rack for Desktop/Wall/Rack (Black) and you will find it.See Image #11) Right-Click on your desktop and Open the NVIDIA Control Panel > Display > Change Resolution > 2) Select to highlight "AAA" monitor > Click on "Customize" Button .3) A dialog box opens, check box "Enable resolutions not exposed by the display"See Image #24) Click button "Create Custom Resolution"5) Section 1: Check box the monitor you want the custom resolution for Section 2: Change only Horizontal Pixels to 1280 & Vertical lines to 390Important: Expand "Timing" and change from "CVT Reduced Blank" and select "Manual" make sure that "Active Pixels" reads 1280 x 3906) Click the "Test" button. The monitor may complain "Out of Range". Nvidia opens a dialog, click "Yes" to save the resolution. The new resolution should appear at the top of the Resolution list under "Custom" - scroll up the list to see it.See Image #3 - this is what will actually make it work! Now go to Display > Adjust desktop size and position. Select the correct monitor, select the "scaling" tab, and select the Radio Button for "Full-screen".Confirm the resolution of 1280x390 (current).Note that Nvidia reports the "Native resolution:" as 1280x720. This is because the monitor erroneously reports it's resolution as 1280x720 instead of 1280x390.
