This is a fun little set which, though compact, has LOTS of features for a Barbie home. Think of it as an efficiency apartment with plenty of accessories! (The "pool" is more like a fun but that's what imaginations and creative play is for, right?) My granddaughter has been playing more and more with Barbies so we settled on this as part of her birthday gift. Even her daddy was pleased to see how compactly it folded in and stored items. What is more important though is my granddaughter loves it!The included doll has a pretty face, a modern, (yet modest,) sweet dress and a haircut that looks like it was cut with dull scissors by a toddler. Sadly that cost a star. The hair will need a little trimming to look nice. Also, if others out there are wondering, (I know I was,) this doll has the flat feet that are made most of the time now, therefore you'd 'll be hard pressed to find shoes for outfit changes- why such a big manufacture change to the main toy but not the accessories? (But that is not affecting this product review, it was informational) The legs do not bend at the knee either.
