Firstly, I could not discover how to rotate it across the landscape/portrait axis. Although it is advertised that you can do that, I don't think it is possible - I will ask a question as well on amazon to see if I am missing something. This was an issue because the monitor was slightly offset and not perfectly flat.Secondly, although articulation is great, managing that articulation can be finnicky. For example, the screw that holds the monitor across the forward/backword tilt needs to be super tight, otherwise the monitor will slump. You need an allen key for this (provided). If you don't have easy access to the back/side of the monitor, good luck, your back will hate you.Also, the screw that adjusts the clamp is underneath the core of the arm (the arm fits on top of the slot and the screw is inside a recess in the middle). Once you assemble the arm - If you need to adjust the clamp, you will have to remove THE WHOLE SETUP to get access to the clamp screw.Furthermore, one of the screws that adjusts the left right movement stiffness needs a different allen key size compared to the screws at the clamp or the forward/backward tilt. No clue why.Lastly, the instructions could be a bit clearer. There is not mention how to change from landscape to portrait (and as stated before, I couldn't find a way).Overall I am very disappointed. Lack of advertised features. Finnicky setup. Instructions should be clearer. For £60 they should put more effort to design something a bit more user friendly. If you don't have easy access around your desk to set up the monitor, prepare to suffer.
