Great product, and the customer service was exceptional. I had a hard time getting the outside sensor to work after replacing the batteries and got an almost immediate response. In case anyone else has this issue, this was the response:1.Reset the unit by removing the battery. That may force it to return to factory settings. Low battery symbol appears, then change batteries. No low battery symbol, batteries work well.2.You have to load the batteries in all the sensors first and then the main unit.3.After replacing the battery, hold down the CH button of the indoor thermometer for 3 seconds. TX button of Sensor: press to transmit wireless signal to main unit. They will be re-matched. The main unit and sensor should be in same channel. If still fails:Tell us the sensor LED light bright or not, it should flash every 30 seconds. We need this information to determine if only indoor or outdoor unit is defect, or if both are defect.
