I have used this for a few weeks now and I can say that this is a well built treadmill. I also have their 2 in 1 under Desk Treadmill and this is much more sturdy and heavier. The assembly was easy, and took about 30 minutes.I am 5'4 and this is the perfect size for me. But due to the narrow placement of handlebars, I don't know if a bigger individual would have enough space. I find myself hitting the handlebars at times. I am a fan of them putting the handlebar in the front - like the 2 in 1 unit.The manual incline is not steep, but still gives a great workout.The soft drop folding is nice and saves a lot of space. I purchased some sliders and put them underneath the treadmill and I can move it around (tilting it to use the small wheels isn't that easy)If I have to pick some negatives, it would be that there is no "pause" button on this model - which is available on the 2 in 1 under desk model. I like that feature because if for any reason I have to step off, I can just pause it and come back to where I left it (times, speed, calories etc), instead I have to stop it and everything starts over..Other than that, it is a great treadmill. I recommend it.I was a bit concerned because I thought it might be too narrow and my arms may hit the hand rails when walking, but honestly it's prefect height not to hit your arms when walking or running with your arms bent. It's so quiet. The only downside is my dog wants to get on it while I'm running. I think he's plotting to kill me. Still, not the treadmill's fault my dog is homicidalI bought this after a treadmill I bought on CL bought the farm. This was easy to put together, very quiet and smooth, and easy to use. I bought the first one to condition a young beagle I have and burn off some of his energy. He took to it right away and I enjoyed using it as well. After looking locally and finding nothing under $1400.00 I decided on this one. This is a basic treadmill without a lot of bells and whistles which I didn't need anyway. I don't run, just walk. It folds up very easily and is easy to move. The dog loves it, although the deck would probably be too short for a larger dog with a longer stride. I looked at doggie treadmills and they were more than this one and not for people. This serves a dual purpose and as of right now I would recommend it.I Absolutely love my treadmill, Perfect for my shared home office area. I would recommend adding a exercise mat and the price is worth it!Love this treadmill, works great and so quiet. Incredibly easy to put together. ?I wish it folded flat and had a pause button.
