Okay, so I ordered this bike as a replacement for one that broke. It arrived quickly and was packed well. Which was a good thing because that box had taken a big hit. The bike and parts was fine and went together easily. Instructions were clear and well marked. The bike is completely silent. I expected a bit more resistance with 16 levels but it's workable. Positioning in either upright or recumbent is simple and easy. Now for the couple of issues, one that is irksome and one that may wind up being highly annoying. First: the computer is metric measurements only (what's up with that??). Second: the bike has non-standard crank shaft openings. Standard clipless pedals DO NOT fit so you are stuck with the flat pedal/strap combo that comes with it. The straps are the weak link and will fail (sooner or later). The ability to use your own personal clipless pedals and shoes provide more efficiency and safety. Except for those two issues the bike is cost effective and well built. I am a non compensated real person/athlete.Small footprint, lightweight, streamlined, easy to use, very functionalMy dislike was that the parts were not numbered. It’s used for exercising.I'm really happy that I ordered this bike!! It was easy to assemble, not too heavy. sooooo quiet and I just love it! Perfect for my tiny apartment!Easy to assemble. Lightweight. Sturdy. Quiet.But....NO WATER BOTTLE HOLDER!!I mean, seriously. A small piece of thin plastic would've made it a 5-star item. But, without it...close, but no cigar. Other than that - totally satisfied!Seat a little uncomfortableThis is a great bike to start working out again. It's quite, small, light, and has a back rest to support your back. I really enjoy this bike a lot I park it in the living room so when the tv is on I'll ride it. It's also affordable and has more than enough resistance for anyone I'm only at level 7 or 10 and it goes up to level 16.Very quiet. And easy to use.Just an update. I previously wrote that after a few months use, our machine showed problems - mainly with the tension. Customer support reached out to us and sent us a replacement belt and the necessary tools to rectify the issue. Now, it's up and running. Hopefully, it would last this time.------‐-----------After a few months of use, now it's not working properly. when pedaling something is loose inside. It's like pedalling with no tension at all. I'm totally frustrated with this purchase.Delivery through Amazon is fantastic. Assemble is easy and not complex.It rides well. But there is a distinct loud knocking sound coming from the crank case where the pedals are attached to. This seems like a consistent complaint from customers.,I just got the bike on Friday and used it for the first time. It makes a thumping sound as you peddle ... not sure why... I'm 5'2 150lbs... not sure how to fix it.
