I've had this model for several years now. It is one of my smartest purchases. I was dubious that the motor bearing could handle the load but now hundreds of cubic feet later the mixer keeps working perfectly. It is just "easy to use." I don't hesitate to do a short or long mix. I did learn to roll it up onto concrete blocks - the wheels resting in the openings so it is pinned and a small plywood sheet on two blocks to hold the back supports. Lifted up this way I can dump into a plastic mixing tray to slide a cubic foot or so at a time to where I need it. It is noisy so I wear a mask for the Portland dust and earmuffs but it is easy to get the mix right, dump it and slosh it clean with a couple buckets of water. The price is significant but there's no doubt I'm saving a lot in using it whenever needed.
