We added this product back in August. Now that it is 33 degrees outside this product works great! We were lucky enough to have 120V/ small amount of amperage available. This pretty much heats our whole down stairs ! We have solar panels so this is going to save us serious dollars over the years! Our PGE used to be $300 per month now it is $70 per month on average. Works well out of the box. Our installer for our new floors had zero issues with this product. The thermostat is programmable which is great,
